Taiwanese Returns and Exchanges Notice

• Please inspect the goods upon receipt: For orders within Taiwan (main island), if there is damage, defect, or wrong item shipped, please contact customer service within 15 days (including holidays) after receipt to arrange for return or exchange, and retain the product, accessories, and packaging for confirmation.
• Statutory rights for general online purchases: Except for situations where application is excluded by law, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days of receipt without providing a reason and without incurring any fees or consideration. The aforementioned 15-day handling for arrival issues does not limit this right.
• The deliberation period is not a trial period: You may conduct necessary product inspection; please retain accessories, documents, gifts, and packaging; returns will not be automatically refused solely because of necessary unsealing for inspection. Use or damage beyond necessary inspection will be handled according to actual circumstances and regulations.
• Hygiene and intimate apparel products: The 7-day right of cancellation is excluded only for "unsealed personal hygiene products" that meet statutory exceptions and were declared before purchase; if the product is defective, you still retain the rights claimable by law.

Please confirm the handling method and return information with customer service first, so we can assist you in completing the process; the contact procedure does not affect your right to cancel the contract or other rights by law.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days.

International orders generally do not offer returns or exchanges for personal reasons.

For example, if you change your mind, dislike the product, or choose the wrong size, please confirm before placing an order. If you have questions about sizing or product selection, please feel free to contact customer service for assistance first.

If the received item has a defect, shipping damage, or does not match the order, please contact us within 7 days (including holidays) of receipt via LINE, WhatsApp, or Email:

1. Provide order information including your order number, date of receipt, and a description of the issue.
2. Provide photos for confirmation of the product issue, outer box, and shipping label, and retain the product, accessories, and packaging. Videos can assist in assessment but are not the sole condition for acceptance.
3. Customer service will assist with follow-up after confirmation, arranging for exchange, refund, or other appropriate handling based on the individual case and applicable laws, and informing you whether a return shipment is necessary and the shipping cost arrangements.

We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns for international orders. If your item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will help arrange the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The aforementioned 7-day period is a notification deadline to assist with timely resolution of arrival issues, not a product warranty period; exceeding this period does not necessarily mean your legally entitled remedies for defects or other rights are lost. "No returns or exchanges for personal reasons" also does not exclude rights protected by applicable law that cannot be restricted.
