Payment Methods

  • PayNow:
    • Credit card payment (VISA, MASTER, JBC), UnionPay
    • ATM transfer
    • Cash on delivery at convenience store branches
    • Online credit card payment (pickup at convenience store branches)
    • ATM transfer (pickup at convenience store branches)
  • TapPay:
    • Credit card payment (VISA, MASTER, JBC),
    • Apple Pay
    • Line Pay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for home delivery
    • For cash on delivery, the logistics staff will collect the payment from you upon delivery.
    • Cash on delivery is only available for buyers in Taiwan; it is not supported for international buyers.

Shipping Methods

  • We will ship within three business days after order confirmation. If the order falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped in the order received on the next business day.
  • Logistics Delivery
    • Main Island of Taiwan: Delivered via home delivery, freight, or Chunghwa Post, typically within 1 to 5 business days. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately.
    • International Regions: Delivered by designated freight companies, typically taking 3 to 40 days, depending on local conditions. If you do not receive your item within 2 months, please contact us.
  • Convenience Store Pickup
    • 7-11, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life branches: Arrives at the designated store approximately 2 to 5 days after shipment.
    • Size and Weight Restrictions: Maximum dimensions are 45cm*30cm*30cm, and weight must not exceed 5 kg.
  • In-Store Pickup
    • In-store pickup service is available. Please call to inquire about pickup times.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Main Island of Taiwan: Please inspect the product upon receipt. If there is damage or a defect, returns can be processed within 15 days (including holidays). Returned items must be in brand new condition with complete packaging.
  • Hygiene and Personal Items: Once used or tried on, these items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • International Regions: Currently, we do not offer refunds or returns/exchanges.
