Payment Methods and Currency

Available payment options are subject to the delivery region and what is actually displayed on the checkout page.

Taiwan PayNow

This is an online payment service based in Taiwan, not the Singapore PayNow transfer service.

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and UnionPay; applicable card types are displayed on the checkout page.
  • Taiwanese buyers can use ATM transfers, convenience store pick-up with payment, or credit card payment with convenience store pick-up, depending on the checkout options.
  • Installment options for 3 or 6 periods are available; applicable banks, card types, amounts, and fees are subject to the checkout page and the issuing bank's regulations.

According to our current description, PayNow credit card and the aforementioned local Taiwan payment/pick-up methods are available to Taiwanese buyers.

TapPay and Mobile Payment

Taiwan Orders

Home delivery, convenience store pickup, and scheduled self-pickup are available options, depending on the product and checkout choices.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping preparation｜Within 3 working days after order confirmation; if pre-payment is required, payment confirmation must be completed first. Weekends and national holidays are not counted as working days and will be processed on the next working day in order of order.
Taiwan (main island) home delivery｜Approximately 1–5 working days after shipment via courier, freight, or Chunghwa Post. For delivery methods, timelines, and applicable shipping fees to Taiwan's outlying islands, please contact customer service for confirmation.
For cash-on-delivery items, the logistics personnel will collect payment upon delivery; applicability is subject to the options provided on the checkout page.

Convenience Store Pick-up & Scheduled Self-Pickup

7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life are only available to Taiwanese buyers. Packages will arrive at the designated store approximately 2–5 days after shipment; payment methods and available stores are displayed on the checkout page.
Convenience store package size and weight limit for pick-up at our store is 45 × 30 × 30 cm, with the longest side ≤45 cm and the other two sides ≤30 cm (unit: cm), and a maximum weight of 10 kg; it must also comply with the selected logistics specifications. Oversized or overweight items require an alternative delivery method.
Store pick-up｜Please schedule an appointment for pickup at 14F-4, No. 56, Sec. 2, Roosevelt Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City.

The same free shipping promotion applies to both Taiwan and international orders: orders over $1,000 TWD qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees for orders not meeting the free shipping criteria will be displayed on the checkout page. The above are estimated delivery times, excluding shipping preparation; delivery may be delayed due to weather or logistics congestion.

Taiwanese Returns and Exchanges Notice

  • Please inspect the goods upon receipt: For orders within Taiwan (main island), if there is damage, defect, or wrong item shipped, please contact customer service within 15 days (including holidays) after receipt to arrange for return or exchange, and retain the product, accessories, and packaging for confirmation.
  • Statutory rights for general online purchases: Except for situations where application is excluded by law, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days of receipt without providing a reason and without incurring any fees or consideration. The aforementioned 15-day handling for arrival issues does not limit this right.
  • The deliberation period is not a trial period: You may conduct necessary product inspection; please retain accessories, documents, gifts, and packaging; returns will not be automatically refused solely because of necessary unsealing for inspection. Use or damage beyond necessary inspection will be handled according to actual circumstances and regulations.
  • Hygiene and intimate apparel products: The 7-day right of cancellation is excluded only for "unsealed personal hygiene products" that meet statutory exceptions and were declared before purchase; if the product is defective, you still retain the rights claimable by law.

Please confirm the handling method and return information with customer service first, so we can assist you in completing the process; the contact procedure does not affect your right to cancel the contract or other rights by law.

After order confirmation, products are generally shipped within 3 business days. Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore are delivered via courier, freight, or Chunghwa Post; other international regions use designated courier companies. The following are estimated shipping times after dispatch.

Timelines may vary due to customs inspection, flights, local holidays, and logistics arrangements. If you do not receive your order beyond the estimated time, or if logistics progress is abnormal, please contact customer service for assistance with inquiries; there is no need to wait one to two months.

Payment and Cash on Delivery

For international orders, please select the available payment method on the checkout page. Cash on delivery is available for applicable orders in Hong Kong and Macau; it is currently not supported in Singapore and other international regions. For cash on delivery in Hong Kong and Macau, SF Express will collect payment from the recipient in the local currency.

Shipping Fees and Import-Related Costs

International orders are subject to the same free shipping promotion as Taiwan, with orders over $1,000 TWD qualifying for free shipping. Shipping fees for orders not meeting the free shipping criteria will be displayed on the checkout page.

Free shipping does not include any potential import taxes or customs clearance fees at the destination, which are the responsibility of the international buyer.

International After-Sales Service

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days.

International orders generally do not offer returns or exchanges for personal reasons.

For example, if you change your mind, dislike the product, or choose the wrong size, please confirm before placing an order. If you have questions about sizing or product selection, please feel free to contact customer service for assistance first.

If the received item has a defect, shipping damage, or does not match the order, please contact us within 7 days (including holidays) of receipt via LINE, WhatsApp, or Email:

  1. Provide order information including your order number, date of receipt, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos for confirmation of the product issue, outer box, and shipping label, and retain the product, accessories, and packaging. Videos can assist in assessment but are not the sole condition for acceptance.
  3. Customer service will assist with follow-up after confirmation, arranging for exchange, refund, or other appropriate handling based on the individual case and applicable laws, and informing you whether a return shipment is necessary and the shipping cost arrangements.
Please contact us before arranging a return: Cross-border shipping involves logistics and customs clearance. Please obtain return information provided by customer service first to avoid shipping to the wrong address or incurring unnecessary shipping costs.

We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns for international orders. If your item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will help arrange the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The aforementioned 7-day period is a notification deadline to assist with timely resolution of arrival issues, not a product warranty period; exceeding this period does not necessarily mean your legally entitled remedies for defects or other rights are lost. "No returns or exchanges for personal reasons" also does not exclude rights protected by applicable law that cannot be restricted.
