✅ How to Wear

Step 1｜ Position the wider central section at the back of your neck, allowing it to follow the natural neck contour.

Step 2｜ Wrap both extended straps from the back toward the front of the neck.

Step 3｜ Secure the hook-and-loop fastening and fine-tune the fit to your preference.

For first-time use, begin with a slightly looser fit. You should be able to breathe and swallow normally without feeling excessive pressure.

🧼 Cleaning & Care

Gentle hand washing with clean water or a mild detergent is recommended. Keep the water temperature below 40°C. After washing, allow the product to air-dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid bleach, ironing, high-temperature tumble drying and excessive twisting to help preserve the fabric elasticity and hook-and-loop fastening structure.
